All unopened items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for store credit only!!(Excluding undergarmets and accesorries)
Items must be returned with all labels intact and be free of stains, damages, and/or odor (Smoke,etc)
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error( Incorrect or defective item etc)

We are not responsible for lost packages or unclaimed packages , All Priority Mail packages are shipped with Signature Confirmation with Insurance up to $100
In the event a package is unclaimed Usps will return back to Painfully Beautiful Boutique, We will contact you to advise and a reshipment charge will be accessed.
If no contact is made within 60 days, we will issue a store credit minus shipping and handling on all unclaimed packages.
In the event of a lost package the customer must file a claim directly with USPS and is not the responsibility of Painfully Beautiful Boutique
